Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of your original purchase date. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to your Laura Canada account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy mailing box, ensuring all original tags and the packing slip are included inside.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized Canada Post location or schedule a pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
